The IIS 6.0 Resource Kit contains a utility called SelfSSL.exe for quickly and easily creating and installing a self-signed certificate into IIS 6 for Windows 2003 or XP.
This is one of those things I need to do from time to time, but don’t use it enough to remember it.
From time to time I’ve had to put a new IIS 6 server on-line or move the location of the shared files. Almost ALWAYS I end up stuck with sites not working even though I’ve allowed full trust. So what happens?

I do not agree. I think this is horrible advice.
